For some individuals and families who already own their home, there may be a need for minor, exterior repairs. Our repair program, with its focus on home preservation, serves housing needs where building a new home is not necessary. This helps preserve existing affordable housing.

This program is available for individuals and families who own their home and have been residents for at least 12 months in the counties of Buckingham, Charlotte, Cumberland, Nelson, Nottoway, and Prince Edward.
