Beginning Tuesday March 24, the ReStore will be closed to the public until April 7th. Our three ReStore employees will continue to work in the ReStore. You may still drop off donations behind our store. In addition, our driver will continue to pick up donated items that are located outside of homes, such as on porches and in garages. Our ReStore manager and head cashier will work inside the ReStore cleaning, sanitizing, rearranging, and adding options for online gift certificates and sales. We will miss seeing our customers every day, but we believe this is our part in helping to stop the spread of COVID-19. Please call the ReStore for more information, 434-392-6627. Thank you.
Habitat for Humanity ReStores are nonprofit home improvement stores and donation centers that exist to support the greater goal of Habitat to serve those in need of safe, decent, affordable housing. This is accomplished by receiving donations of gently used furniture, appliances, building materials, home goods, and more and then selling them to the general public. The money made from the ReStore helps individuals and families in Buckingham, Charlotte, Cumberland, Nelson, and Prince Edward realize a world where everyone has a decent place to live.
You can support this mission in many ways. Click the links to learn more.
The ReStore is located at 1550 S. Main Street next to the Farmville Food Lion.
